Well I have some great news to share! At the Priscilla Shirer Live Simulcast event several weeks ago we had the privilege of raising money for an amazing ministry called Mercy Ministries. Mercy Ministries is a free of charge faith-based residential program that serves young women who are facing life-controlling issues. These issues range from eating disorders and addictions to unplanned pregnancies. For each of the young women that come through their doors it is important for them to know that forgiveness is possible, joy is possible, and freedom is possible. Mercy has provided a refuge and safe place for over 3,000 women since their doors have opened.

For all the women and churches that have rallied together to bless this ministry, we can’t thank you enough! Would you believe that each of you have had a hand in raising over $75,000? Yes! Can you just imagine the lives that will change because of this?
Mercy Ministries’ founder, Nancy Alcorn, has always wanted Mercy to be place of healing that is available free of charge. There is no enrollment fee, or cost for room and board. Their mission is to show young women God’s grace, His mercy and unconditional love. Since there is no charge for this program, they rely on outside help from you and I.
